Located at 4275 W. Fourth St., S3 Development is proud of being a part of the Mayor Hillary Schieve's "Blight Busted" initiative.

The project entails the creation of 164 new, attractive apartments looking over the Truckee River and Sierra. The apartment complex will be located on an eight-acre parcel with easy access to McCarran Boulevard and Interstate 80. Being in a very central location, this transformation hopes to bring a positive image among locals and city visitors.
