Stylish Streetscape

Adjacent to S3’s 1 East Liberty project, this brand new Starbucks opened its doors in the fall of 2014 offering a stylish streetscape cafe and eatery next door to the primary office structure. 

Rather than simply place the coffee shop inside of 1 East Liberty, S3 chose to build a custom stand-alone building to enhance the look and vibe of Reno’s “Main & Main” intersection.

The contemporary design, constructed atop the frame of an existing underground parking garage super structure, features a drive-thru window, patio seating, and 1,920 sq. ft. of indoor space. The bustling hub now bridges Downtown Reno’s expanding Riverwalk District and Midtown Area with a pedestrian friendly streetscape and gathering place for fresh coffee and eats seven days a week.
